How It Works
Step 1: Prepare For Your Telehealth Visit
You will receive a link via email and text several days before your scheduled appointment. Please complete the self-check-in process via either one of these methods as soon as you can, before your appointment. If you have not completed this in advance, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you have not received the link the day before your appointment, please check your SPAM folder. If you still do not see it, please send us a portal message so we can manually resend the link.
Step 2: Answer Our Check-In Phone Call
An office representative will call you 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete your intake process. They will only call twice so be sure to have your phone nearby and turned on with the ringer up.
Step 3: Attend Your Telehealth Visit
You will need a smartphone or computer to access our online waiting room.
Once you click on the link you will need to type in your name and agree to join the encounter. This will alert the provider you are ready for your visit.
